Refund Policy (Digital Products)

Cuppa Moment sells digital downloads only. Because access is provided immediately after checkout, purchases are generally final. Refunds aren’t offered for change of mind, purchasing the wrong product, or failing to download the files.

If you didn’t receive what you paid for, please contact me within 14 days of purchase if the download link fails, the file can’t be opened, or the product is materially not as described.

I’ll first re-send or replace the file. If the issue can’t be resolved, a partial or full refund may be offered, consistent with the Australian Consumer Law.

If physical products are introduced in future, a separate returns policy will apply and will be shown on relevant product pages.
