These Terms govern your use of the Cuppa Moment online store and the purchase of digital products from this website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are
“Cuppa Moment” is a trading name operated by a sole trader based in Sydney, Australia.

2. Products
All current products are digital downloads for personal use only. Unless stated otherwise, you may not resell, redistribute, or claim the designs as your own. You can print them for yourself or use them on your own devices.

3. Pricing & currency
All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars) and may change from time to time. The price shown at checkout is the price you agree to pay.

4. Orders & access
When you complete checkout, you’ll receive an email with a download link. Please save your files once downloaded. If you lose access, contact me and I’ll assist where possible.

5. Refunds
Refunds for digital products are handled according to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property
All designs, text, images, and content are copyright Cuppa Moment (unless otherwise noted). Purchasing a product gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it; it does not transfer copyright.

7. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated occasionally. The version shown on this page at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
